There is a share price difference of $2.56 with the shares on NEO being higher. Volume is also higher on NEO than on OTC. The stock moves very closely together (as it is the same company)
Why purchase one over the other? Is it better to purchase on a regulated exchange that has higher volume or better to purchase the shares OTC and save some money? The OTC shares can be moved to an exchange at some point if they meet requirements?
