What happens if Google, Apple, or Microsoft have an earnings miss?

Just wondering given how markets reacted to Meta’s earnings miss, what would happen if Google, Apple, Microsoft or all three have an earnings miss?

I understand that the guidance was not positive for Meta which contributed to the crash of the stock but wow it was a huge overreaction in my opinion.

Which goes to show, if Google, Apple, or Microsoft have an earnings miss and/or slightly less positive guidance, would the whole market just crash given the current environment?
