Need help. (Practicing on the simulator because I’m broke lol. Asking for advice).

I'm sure you guys have heard of Investopedia. It uses virtual money, but real prices. I'm trying to find out when APPL (Apple) would jump. I'm thinking it would jump near the yearly lineup, but I just want to be sure. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks.
