Is there a point to using SQQQ and TQQQ together in a ROTH (to eliminate tax complication)?

I was thinking of just for fun of putting $1k in TQQQ and $1k in SQQQ at the same time.

So would this cancel each other's movements out?

I figured that this would maintain the $2000 more or less?

Then when I felt things were headed in a certain direction (sentiment etc) I could sell one and hopefully make more in the remaining one?

Thanks I the opposite if things were headed the other direction?

Do People Do this?

Or would you even need to hold them at the same time?
