I've got a lot of money in IJH, however looking at the CAPE ratio, the dividend, and the pe ratio it seems overvalued as heck. Is there a good reason to not put it in VEU, is it just the housing bubble and irrational exuberance?
None of the fundamentals make any sense, surely there must be a reason people love the US so much, is it just Covid and the US handling it better?
