I am a passive investor, with a financial planner who does most of my investing, but I have been getting proxy vote cards from Blackrock with letters telling me NOT to listen to any information from SABA.
I have read a little bit, that SABA is trying to change their board of directors, etc.
What opinions do you all have? How should I vote?
