All-in on 1 stock or diversity?

I have 5k left for a first time investment.
Should i stick to QQQ or should i invest in a few smaller stocks?

I would like to buy ASML or MSFT but i’m not sure about the first investment.

Maby some of you guys have some tips? Do or dont’s maby!?
