Yahoo Finance provides “Major Holders” of stocks, but I cannot interpret the information. Please help.

I am particular interested in company that CEO or directors hold a large amount of shares (e.g., companies ran by owners).
I am using Yahoo Finance, but I do not know how to interpret the numbers. For example, the following information is for a well-known company Hermes (RMS.PA) (link)

67.07%: % of Shares Held by All Insider
10.64%: % of Shares Held by Institutions
32.31%: % of Float Held by Institutions

As far as I know 'FLOAT' mean shares available in public. However, I do not understand what the other two are.
Also I do not understand how come the total is more than 100% (i.e., 62.07% + 10.64% + 32.31% is greater than 100%).
At last, is there a convenient way to find companies that owners also manage?

Please help with this. Thank you in advance.
