would you say to hold the companies or cash out?

First off I'd like to say I don't have as much in the market as most do.

Im self employed so was able to set back an amount each time I would get paid. The funds I do have in now aren't needed they are meant to be in my brokerage account. I was sitting back little since 2017 and when the pandemic hit I put 1400 I had into multiple companies that I believed to weather the storm.

Fast forward to todays market. It's up to about 5900 was around 6800 before the market sell off as of recent

I did do some rearranging of some of the holdings I have. Some I sold that were just small losses and took that cash and put them into efts or spread it out into the companies I hold and some are sold for gains and again put them right back into companies to bring down the dollar average.

I have been buying more into companies that I still like regularly ( every month) same with some ETFs.

Should I keep going with what I'm doing? Or would you suggest selling some to see where market goes then buy back in.

I was able to get a job around the pandemic hit as well and that's when I started setting back more each time I'd get paid to where I was actually having a savings account build up. I want to put more in brokerage acc.
I just want to hear opinions on what amount of cash I should hold with this market.

I hold SPY,VOO,VOOG,KO,AAPL,GOOG,PG,NVD,MSFT
Those are my biggest holdings of today.

My loses are mainly from airline and some tech but it's not as bad since some I just own fractions of.
