Will I get hit with the washrule

So let’s say I’m holding 400 shares that have a $10,000 unrealized loss.

Will i get hit with a washrule if I buy and sell the same asset with new shares for a day to day profit ?

Let’s say, I buy 100 shares at the beginning of the day, sell those 100 shares for a profit at the end of the day and repeat to make up for my losses. Does the washrule apply here?
