Why would the Spy sell like this.

The spy sold at 407.99 on the low twice today. Level 2 market data showed it was doing stupidly well all day. The open intrest never left.
My position: I have 2 spy 411 put positions open till 4-20…
I want aware I couldn't post a picture I took.
