Why won’t a few of my stocks with dividends allow me to reinvest?

Taking a glance at my IRA that I don’t look at too often and I noticed the following stocks aren’t set to reinvest dividends:

CS
GSK
HLN

I tried setting them to reinvest and get told they are ineligible. I’m in the US and realize these are non-US based stocks, so maybe that’s the issue? I’m with Schwab if that matters.
