Why do so many people praise funds like VXUS? They don't seem to do very well at all over the long term. Is it because people believe that global markets will see some massive growth in the next several decades?
Edit: maybe not VXUS over VTI/VOO but why invest in VXUS at all if the returns are so low? Thanks!
