Why strong job reports are bad for inflation?

Can someone please explain to me in simple terms why job’s growth is bad for inflation? Isn’t high job growth good? Since people can further fight off higher prices. But is that actually bad because if people are able to fight off inflation with wage growth, inflation will just remain at those levels and those levels will become base levels? What am i missing here in this logic? In that case, recessions are just bound to happen
