Why so many INTEL bulls ?

I had Intel from 2017 to 2019. Bought for $35 and sold from $50. Hardly any gains when other Semis were 2x or 3x during that timeframe.

I do listen to their ERs all the time because of my background.

What puzzles me is seeing folks on Reddit who are still so emotionally attached to Intel and still buying heavily

Revenues and EPS clearly show how bad Intel is performing.

From $18B in Q1FY21 to $11B in Q1FY23. My god!

The only point which I see from Intel bulls is

1) It is a value stock
2) They are building 4 new Fabs so they'll sell more

What else am I missing ?
