Microsoft is said to purchase Activision Blizzard In. for $95 a share, therefore I wonder if there are updates about the desired acquirement and where I could follow the latest news regarding this subject. I calculated that if I bought Activision Blizzard Inc at $74 today and sold it at $95, I would reach my personal set goal, therefore it seems attractive to me to buy it and forget about it, but I wonder about the risks.
