Please be gentle if this has already been asked:
Why is Twitter currently trading below what Elon said he'd pay for it? It's now $50.15, so wouldn't anyone who bought in right now be given $54.20 when the deal closes because Elon is buying all the shares at $54.20, or is that not how it will work?
