Just noticing as I have many times before, various funds may be down or lately way, way, way down, but on Friday's when people get paid and they feed their retirement plans, the pre-market pumps up. I'm glad to see the market recovering, but it when it pumps before we can stack into our 401Ks, pensions and other retirement plans, we're not getting as many shares as we would have. And, I suspect after the contribution cycle, we haven't seen the end of this massive down turn. So what's up? Why is that happening? How is it happening?
