Why does Chipotle (CMG) have a P/E of 55?

I currently have a tiny short position in it. I loved Chipotle back in the day, and went all the time. Quality has gone down hill so much the last years. I miss 2014 quality Chipotle.

I don't understand why Chipotle's PE is double Google, Microsoft etc. who have so much more growth opportunities with tech and AI compared to a restaurant.
