Who are the winners in high rates?

I had made some money from COF, but sold it a month ago. I have been following COF, C and JPM. As rates increased, their stocks have fallen. But don’t they actually make more money lending at higher rates?

At the time of writing this, C and JPM are trading up in pre market and COF is down.
