Which Ticker is Best for Crypto Exposure Inside My RRSP(401K)?

I want to get some crypto exposure inside my RRSP (It's the Canadian equivalent of the 401K in the US).

What do you guys recommend? A BTC ETF, Microstrategy, Coinbase or something else?

I was looking at Canadian BTC ETF with the lowest management fee (BTCX.B – CAD but there's also for BTCX.U – USD) . In a bull market, I don't want one of those BTC covered call ETFs. But then I thought why not Microstrategy? They won't charge a management fee at all. Or should I wait for an American BTC ETF approval?
