If you had equal amounts of a diverse stock portfolio and a diverse non-fiat wallet, and you had to sell one or the other of them completely for a capital investment in real estate, which one would you choose and why?
I know some of the first comments will be to pick strategically from both, and the real estate market may not be a wise purchase right now, but I’m interested to learn what people would do given this situation. I am an investor in a startup business and we need additional capital to get over the finish line. Both are showing weakness right now and the real estate market is still a bit overpriced here in the US, so I’m looking for advice on which way to go.
