If you look around the web you will see two sort of consensus values for RYAAY (Ryan Air ADR) either it is worth roughly 19bn dollars or it is worth 25 billion dollars. The reason for the difference is thus.
The ADR trades at a 1 for 5 ratio of the outstanding shares therefore has aproximately 225 million shares outstanding it has a stock price of roughly 113 and thus a market cap around 25 bn dollars.
The main listing has 1.1 bn shares outstanding and a price of around 15 EUR which results in a market cap of around 19bn dollars when you convert to USD.
