Where should I start if I want to understand the EV industry better?

I have no knowledge on the EV industry. I do think its the next big thing since its currently an irreversible trend. Are there any good websites or data sources an investor can turn to if they want to understand the industry better?

For example, should an investor be looking at Lithium or at Tesla or at other car producers?
