Where do I start with researching safe, but high dividend paying stocks?

I’ve been reading “The Intelligent Investor” and I’d like to use the principles from it to find good dividend bearing stocks. What I’ve been doing for the past 4 years obviously hasn’t been working .. as of current I’m sitting at a 1.66% return over almost a total of 4 years. I laid out all my stocks and found out almost 50% of my portfolio is in tech which may explain why I haven’t been doing good for the past 4 years.

I want to pivot my portfolio to have better dividend bearing stocks so I can generate income and reinvest to optimize my investment goals, but I’m not sure how to start looking. Do I just google “high dividend yield stocks” or are there better resources anyone can recommend?
