Where can I buy Samsung? Are Webull or Interactive Brokers any good?

I used Fidelity, M1, and Robinhood for different forms of investing but Samsung isn’t available.

I believe Interactive Brokers and Webull do offer the stock. Are either of these any good? I hear a lot of bad stories about Interactive. Any better options out there?
