Where are all the people who advised new investors last year to don’t try to time the market, and don’t wait for a better entry price?

I have a spreadsheet tracking most of the stocks I was interested getting into. It didn't serve too much but I wanted a place to collect them together.

There is a row called “Percent from 52 Week High”. If you check that row now, many big stocks are trading -70%, -80% of their ATH price and a lot of them are at pre-covid levels.

I'm pretty sure most of the time the advice – don't try to time the market – is a good one, but I think we should give new investors the choice to either time, or don't time the market, knowing the risks. Right now I think many people who sat it out in cash are more happy to grab some solid stocks at a discount, and many new investors might panic.
