So when I see a major spike and decline such as some of the pharmaceutical companies around the time of COVID, what is the conventional wisdom on selling? Is it seen as a missed opportunity for those who didn't sell around the peak, or is it no big deal because maybe some people are holding the stock long term? The goal is to sell everything eventually, right? Even if not until retirement? Just seems like the price might not go as high as it once was in some cases. Thanks.
