A stock I am investing in called Spruce Energy $SPRU has announced they are ready to purchase up to $50 million in share buybacks without an execution date.
Do share buy backs happen in the middle of the night and you wake up to a different share price like when an offering occurs? Or do you see it occur during the open market?
