What would you do?

I’ve made a huge mistake. I lost about 20% of my portfolio in a few months.
I have right now 15% PayPal (60 shares, 172 avg), 12% Facebook (20 shares, 333 avg), Intel around 12% (100 shares, 49 avg) and Google 13% (2 shares, 2650 avg).
And 50% CASH.
I’m not worried at all about Google and Intel, I’m talking about PYPL and FB.
All I wanna right now is to cut my losses and move 100% of the money to VOO, but it’s hard for me to cut the losses.
It’s unbelievable how the market slaughtered PayPal and Facebook, even tough they worth much more than now.
I can’t stop thinking about the money I’ve lost. What would you do if you were in my shoes?
