What will happen to my Sberbank shares now put into an escrow account?

Will I be able to retrieve it in future after Ukraine war ends? Or should I treat it as a -100% losses?

By the way, I bought the Sberbank shares (and some other tickers) before the Ukraine war from the perspective of a value pick. Not supporting Russia.
