What stocks or sectors have been the biggest whiffs since 2021 in your opinion?

The one that came to mind that inspired this thread was the narrative to avoid Oil stocks in 2021 in favor of green energy stocks such as PLUG, FCEL, etc. Those stocks were the future and there would be an infrastructure bill being signed that would benefit them.
