What stocks are good for a VERY long term investment?

In my portfolio, I want to have a good long term stock that pays dividends that I can invest in for a percentage of my profits. I mean keeping this stock for 20 something years and constantly reinvesting some of my profits.

I have looked at VOO and I may start there, but any other recommendations??
