What kind of personal information do companies get, when I buy their stock through a broker?

Random question because I've just received a physical mail from ProShares for having bought SVXY (Short VIX Short-Term Futures) shares last year, through a broker. Held for couple of days, sold for like $1 gain.

It's some kind of a tax aid form for 2021 tax return. They have my SSN, address, and list something called a partner account number.

Do all companies get my personal info from my broker, and also do they register me as a owner/partner when I buy their stocks and keep all that as record?

My naive ass actually didn't think about this part of stock trading. I hope the Chinese companies I bought didn't get all my sensitive personal information. Also those crappy meme stock companies.

Also, how come I don't get these physical mails from every company I bought and held? Also ProShares only sent me a form for SVXY, not TQQQ or SQQQ which I also own or had owned.

Thanks for helping.
