Given Burry has been calling for crashes, why is it that he is apparently all cash position (except that prison position)? why would he not be buying puts or shorting? Is he worried about counter party risk to the point of wild defaults where he may not get paid what he is owed if had puts/shorts, and figures it really is better just to wait it out, then invest only long post crash?
