I'm still debating picking up this stock. I know they sell SMS services and try to own that stack vertically, from core-business of SMS to customer sentiment with Segment, but what differentiates Twilio from it's competitors, or just a random big tech company that wants to build an SMS service?
Is it just that they were the first to the game, and their customers are sticky? Or is this just a falling knife overall (perhaps evident from them trying to pivot their business heavily).
