What is the toughest loss you’ve had to endure?

As per the title.

I've made some buys these past few months which in hindsight was way too early and expensive, and I'm mulling over taking the losses and reinvesting it somewhere else.

*note: the losses I'm seeing is probably a lot lesser. Around the ballpark of around 900USD. My capital is pretty low compared to what most of y'all are investing with.

If you're wondering what the company are. Its GRAB Holdings. Now it probably looks horrible. But as someone who lives in a country where its presence is wide spread and it has dominant market share, I was enthusiastic about its growth prospects. But I shouldn't have bought it at IPO price. Oops.

The other is Annexon biosciences. Still waiting for its earnings release. It still looks like it has good growth prospects, but it's price has gone done 60% from when i initially bought, so I'm reconsidering if it is still possible for it to go up over 100% to recoup my losses.

Lesson learned.
