What is the difference between versions of the same stock?

TLDR; How to know which s&p to invest in.
I thought id just search up “S&P 500” and find it but I dont know the difference between any of the options. Cant add a photo, but on robinhood(not trying to discuss robinhood) it has all these listings (SPY, SPLG, SPYV,SPYG,SPYD, SPXL, SPXS, SPMO, SPXU, SPUS) like a bear 3x, momentum etf, ultra pro short?? I just figured the s&p would be a good first invest from like the one high school class i had on economics 3 years ago but now idk.
