What is the best Fidelity very low risk investment for retirees looking to get reasonable yield.

I currently have money in my 401k account and am moving my account to Fidelity. I can put money in an account earning 2.1% and that is the best I can come up with if I want to preserve 100% of my principal. Any suggestions?
