I'm so confused by what is actually presently happening with the $PARA acquisition. When I search for it all I see are failed attempts, broke people making fake bids, and now I see the Skydance stuff. So what happens with $PARA if you just keep it in your account? I'm seeing multiple tender prices in different news report. One is $12.50, one is $15. If the shares can be tendered for sure for either $12.5 or $15 why wouldn't you buy it for $9.9 or whatever it hit yesterday? What am I missing?
