I own just a couple of shares of a popular retail stock and have seen people recommending to DRS and I get registering them. But what is the benefit to me, to the company, or anyone? Also, is there any risk associated with NOT using DRS? {I can’t post in the main subreddit for this because I’m a lurker and not a poster and I’m mobile so sorry for the block}
