What happens to share prices when transferring and isa?

What happens to a share price when its going through an isa transfer?

For example, if you are transferring 80 shares of a stock at £10 each and during the transfer period it gains 10% of its value, will you now have 72 shares, or 80 at the new value and therefore still increasing the value of your portfolio?
