What happened today with thinkorswim?

For those that use ToS, are we supposed to just accept that we couldn’t sell shares and literally frozen while losing money?

Others have said it was a citadel issue. Do we just lose money and …that’s it? How is this even legal

• ToS this morning would not let us sell options after we bought into them & ended up taking a $250 loss
