What Fidelity International Index Fund Would You Recommend for my RothIRA?

I’m 28 and I’ve been maxing out my IRA for the last 3 years or so. I’m investing pretty aggressively in this portfolio to maximize potential long term growth and given my circumstances I don’t intend to rebalance it to a more conservative spread until a bit later. Honestly I’m like 95% in the S&P500 and given how the market’s been over that time I continue to buy into it to level out my cost basis since I feel like while it could easily fall more, it’s still simple buy for the long run.

Anyway, I would like to start offsetting this one-trick portfolio by putting more into an international index fund and slowly started doing so a while back with FTIHX. My question is just whether that is the “best” international index fund they offer and if it’s decently diversified? I like having exposure to emerging markets but simultaneously do not want it to be weighted too heavily towards China (FTR I personally do not consider Taiwan part of China).

Open to any and all recommendations, please include explanation.
