What factors make you sell a stock that went up?

Fairly simple, but what are the factors that make you sell a stock that went/is going up?

If a stock suddenly gain 20% in a week, do you just cash in, or you slowly do a reverse DCA in case the stock still go up. Or you basically have a pre set number in your mind, that you ll keep the stock until it reach X value.
