Sorry if this is a very obvious question, but I don't really understand what it means for Elon Musk to “own” Twitter. Does he own the whole company, a 100% of the shares? What would happen to the rest of the shareholders then? If he has only bought a portion of the company, why is no one saying the number of shares he will own and the voting power he will have from now on? Also, who has accepted the $43bn bid; the shareholders, Twitter's directive…? Thank you.
