Alliance Global Partner just set a price target of $4.50, it’s traded in the upper 3s in the past, been around for a decade so seems somewhat like a competent company. Risky due to low market cap. Just had a huge increase after the price target and seems to be stable today at $0.54, but the fundamentals are there.
