What do you think of these stocks?

So I have collected a few stocks as possible buy opportunities.

My main requirements were:

– Being “undervalued” (below 15 trailing+forward PE)

– Decent dividend (yield, growth, payout ratio)

– Stable financial company growth over the years (mainly operating profit but some revenue as well)

The stocks i found the most attractive:

– Bristol-Myers squibb

– Plenty of financial stocks: Unum Group, T Rowe price, Manulife, Prudential financial, Fidelity National financial

– Tobacco companies: Altria, BTI

– Best Buy

– Whirlpool corporation

– 3M company

– Walgreens

What is your take on these companies? I know they are pretty controversial but looking back the past 5-10 years they have done a decent job and it seems like they know what they are doing even though people say they are dead companies. For example tobacco is getting into cannabis. Best buy counters Amazon in different ways. Also financial companies being drastically undervalued maybe because of their bad reputation from the past or is there something else?

What do you think about these stocks, am I missing something? My goal is to get 10-15% yearly return on long term (15-20 years) so i dont want 200-300% growth stocks like tesla and gme im fine with going slowly but steadily.
