What do y’all do with your company’s RSUs and ESPP?

I just sold every RSU and ESPP I've gotten over the last 3 years and the stock went up 36% in the month after. I held on to all of mine since I started working and sold it all at one time. The stock rocketed past it's all time high and I sold literally the day before the rally. Missed out on like $25k and it doesn't feel great
