What do TLT and BND track. Is it bond prices or bond yields?

I am wondering if TLT and BND co-move with bond prices and/or bond yields.

If it's yields, is it the current yield? nominal yield? Or YTM?

Also, are these prices or yields based on older bonds, or newer bonds.

Sorry, lots of questions but I am yet to find concrete answers on this. Thanks!
